Very good experience, it allowed us to visit this beautiful city without having to walk too much and getting off and on at the stops of our choice. The kids loved being on top, we were lucky with the weather ☀️. Audioguide very good for us. Small downside: the bus stops are poorly marked. We often looked for them. They are blue and it says under the bus sign "red buses".

The hop on, hop off bus tour was yhe best!!! It was a perfect way to travel to the sights of Paris!!! We rode on top on a beautiful sunny Spring day, and everything was lovely! The bus lifts you up above the crowds to make some incredible views possible! Also, the headphones and narration we good (although I think more narration could be done). All in all, well worth the cost!!!

Ticketing experience was great and the experience was fantastic! Our guide for the Eiffel Tower was efficient, friendly and informative and she spoke 5 languages so was able to communicate well with everyone in our group! I liked the format where they facilitate you getting through all the lines and security and get you to the second floor and then show you the elevator for the upper level. You are then free to take your time and wander and take in the views at your own pace with the audio guide to explain what you are seeing. I highly recommend this activity! We also did the boat ride and hop on hop off bus and they were both great!

The ticketing was absolutely fine. Just showed it to the man at the bus stop and he scanned and printed tes them. The bus was great and we used it a lot. Good route and took in all of the best bits of Paris. The longest we had to wait for a bus was maybe 10 minutes which was great. We were always able to get a seat and the crew members were friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience and I would recommend it

Well organized tour. Very friendly bus drivers. Unfortunately we could not go up to the top floor of the Eiffel Tower due to a technical problem. The Tuor aperator had said he would reimburse us for the difference between 2 floor and top but to date no one has been in touch despite also inviting a direct email to the agency.

The points of departure were signposted so tiny that we only found them after the third attempt. The audio guide had far too little information. The guide was great - David, and chatted to us all during the endless queuing. I loved the views and the ease of transport once we arrived in the tower. My husband hates crowds so it was very difficult for him to there doesn't seem to be an option for those with neurodivergence.

Our tour guide was incredibly warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable at the ripe age of 25. Liam is pursuing a wondrous future and shares that energy in his tours. The meet up point is a souvenir shop adjacent to some of Paris's best culinary experiences. Our tour was the 9Pm which eliminates the crowds and provides easy, quick, and the most amount of time visiting this historical icon of engineering architecture. We strongly recommend this tour and paying the extra to have a personal experience above and beyond a walk in visit without a tour. Thank you, Liam for a wonderful time together.

We met our guide at the designated area and he took us to the tower. Worthwhile as we beat the long queue to go close to the lift area. Just a short wait and we were on the way up. The view was fantastic. Our guide Max was very knowledgeable about the tower. He had some short quiz after the explanation. It was fun though. Tested our memory. We went right up to the summit and the view was...WOW!. I would recommend this to everyone especially if you are travelling from farm, book early.

The guide welcomed us well and gave us a very good (relaxed and funny) introduction to the history of the Eiffel Tower. However, we didn't realize that we would have to queue just as long as everyone else, as the guide had to get the tickets first. Apparently, we "only" had a reservation and no tickets. The reservation said that the tour would take an hour. After an hour we were just short of the ticket office. I was of the opinion that if we booked a guided tour, we would get to the top quicker. But we'll just get the tickets ourselves at the ticket office another time. This costs less than half the price per person. Thanks to the guide anyway.

The bus was freezing cold for me and my baby, I had to sit downstairs and it was still so cold even with the blanket, normal buses have heating, I would have thought this would have had the same. You can't even open the windows downstairs so all my pictires just had raindrops on them. Also has you couldn't eat on the bus we were freezing cold and couldn't even get any energy for 2 hours without eating. I hated it in the end, and couldn't wait to get off the bus. so unhappy.

Only the eifeltower was very nice. The rest of the tour was a dissapointment. It was most of the time facing the traffic. We experiences riding in a kind of a circle. It was much lessen than We expected. About the tickets. I should received them by mail, but the mail said that yoy have ro download the app. I didn't want that, but was forced to do so to get access to the bus. Not nice.

According to the ticket, the closing time was 7 PM. We got off the ship at 5PM and had something to eat. We had tickets for the Eiffel Tower and wanted to take the boat there after dinner around 6:30 PM. But there was no more boat as the trip ended at 5:30 PM according to Teleoninfo. We had to take a cab. That was not nice!

We like to use a hop on hop off bus in an unknown city because we see more than walking and using public transport. Paris is a beautiful city, but there is a lot of preparation for the Olympic Games and some sights cannot be visited. Bus drivers were kindly and helpful and they drive very well. There was a problem with online buyed ticket but staff solved it in the Big Bus center.

Our initial bus did NOT take the designated route, he did not take us to the Arc de Triomphe. We stayed on the bus thinking he would do it on the next tour but he didnt and we had to get off at a traffic light and walk to the monument but noticed many more BIGBUS buses taking persons to the site, It totally ,essed up our schedule that day. It was a waste of my time and money. I would prefer to book other smaller cruises tho they are more expensive instead of lining up for more than an hour in sweltering heat being hoarded like cattle. Our tickets were not accepted by the Pantheon staff after walking uphill to the site and then had to take the train back to effiel because our bus was the last in the area. Please coordinate with the admissions persons at the door of the Pantheon as we were denied access and told the tickets were for a bus tour and not admission. We did inform the attendant at Effiel Tower site but tho sympathetic he was not helpful, we were informed that we can use the ticket anytime in the future but we were leaving the ext day and already had other things scheduled. I am very DISSATISFIED as this was my dream vacation and BIGBUS wasted valuable time and caused undue fustration from the very start. Two of the buses we used had no wifi, were old and not kept cleaned, litter were strewn on the floor, I would recommend intermittent cleaning of the bus as wel as bins placed on the bus, so fellow tourists can dispose of their litter. I WILL NOT Recommend anyone using this tour. Spend the the time visiting the sites yourself and reading or listening to the site's audiotour.

Seine river cruise is closed from 18th July 2024 to 26th July 2024 because of opening ceremony of Olympics which was not informed to me and I had taken the tickets with seine river cruise, rest all was definitely good about Big Bus, I just expect as I wasn't given access to seine river cruise, money charged for my seine river cruise should be refunded to me for both the passengers. I bought a 48-hour ticket. It only printed a 24-hour ticket. I spent hours trying to get to stop 1 because no one could help me. The bus didn't stop twice to get to stop 1, which was very stressful for my elderly mother. It became a very unpleasant experience. Everyone questioned me and made me feel like I'd done the wrong thing when it was a technical problem. At stop 1, they tried to make it clear that I'd done the wrong thing when it clearly said 48 hours HOHO. not a great experience at all. A day spent trying to fix your technology.
