The buses were punctual and the audio guide was good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We didn't think about the fact that when you want to start halfway on the second day, you have to sit through the whole first part again to get there. An improvement could be that the buses drive in both directions instead of all driving in the same circle. We bought a two-day ticket because we wanted to go on a cruise boat. We were unable to book the time on the app and it was full so we could not join. It was disappointing and it should have been made clear early on that places are limited.

We were moved to a 5pm Dhow Creek Cruise (which was great) the lady at the Cruise that works for Big Bus said that as soon as we get back we will have to catch the last bus. We asked her to ensure what she speaks to driver that he doesn't leave without us. As our boat was arriving at dock we saw the bus.....we disembark immediately and almost ran to stop (lady was nowhere to be seen) and the bus had gone. We had to catch a taxi and pay extra cost to get back to Souk Madinat where our car was parked. We incurred cost and lost out on the balance of the bus ride and sight seeing on route. How can it be sold as 24hr ticket but bus doesn't operate 24hrs

Ticketing experience was great and the HoHo experience was generally wonderful except that sometimes the audio guide connection was not working. Also the parking bay at dubai mall is a bit too congested which takes lot of time to get in and out from there.

We wanted to start our trip from the Frame but there was no sign anywhere to know where the bus would stop, so we had to take a taxi to Burjuman. Not acceptable not to have a sign. The rest was nice.

As my flight was arriving very early in Dubai, I decided to do a Hop on Hop off. For the first day it was good to get an overview of the city. The Big bus tour goes around the most visited places and is therefore a good option for getting around Dubai. However, you have to expect long times in traffic.

Staff were amazing as always , there were a lot of other inclusions such as river cruise and aquarium. but due to traffic I wasn't able to cover much of it, as It took ages to get from one stop to another, thus we could not explore the city as much as we would have loved to. It is not company's fault, but it is very difficult to we even half of the stop: overall, I guess it is still worth the money due to other perks they offer.

1) Several delays on bus stops to ne picked up; 2) No WiFi in the bus, we international visitors relay (most of the time) on public wifi (and on services like yours, a mall, a hotel) nowadays this is an expected feature. 3) most of the seatbelts did not work (belt stucked) 4) several earplug jacks are not working or defective (bad comtact) -- regular maintenance would be good. This is bad specially when the bus us fully liaded and there us no room to go to another seat with properly working audio. 5) On the landmarks of the city, we would expect the driver would slow down to allow for opportunities for customer to take a good picture (if not going out the bus at that particular stop/landmark) -- specially when your tour guide (recording) mentions the landmark. Hooe this helps 👍

Safety belts not working, audio not working, stops were not marked as a stop for the hop on hop off bus, thus impossible to know if we were waiting at the right place. I am a regular user of hop on hop off. The one in Dubai did not at all meey expectations.

We had the 48-hour ticket and used the first day for the red route and the second for the blue route. We were a bit stuck in traffic on the blue route, but we had enough time to look around. Everything was great 🙂

Saw all of then things there was rather a long drive beteeen them at times bus stuck in traffic made it even longer air con upstairs was noisy and not super efficient though... ie was still too hot..
