The buses were punctual and the audio guide was good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We didn't think about the fact that when you want to start halfway on the second day, you have to sit through the whole first part again to get there. An improvement could be that the buses drive in both directions instead of all driving in the same circle. We bought a two-day ticket because we wanted to go on a cruise boat. We were unable to book the time on the app and it was full so we could not join. It was disappointing and it should have been made clear early on that places are limited.

We were moved to a 5pm Dhow Creek Cruise (which was great) the lady at the Cruise that works for Big Bus said that as soon as we get back we will have to catch the last bus. We asked her to ensure what she speaks to driver that he doesn't leave without us. As our boat was arriving at dock we saw the bus.....we disembark immediately and almost ran to stop (lady was nowhere to be seen) and the bus had gone. We had to catch a taxi and pay extra cost to get back to Souk Madinat where our car was parked. We incurred cost and lost out on the balance of the bus ride and sight seeing on route. How can it be sold as 24hr ticket but bus doesn't operate 24hrs

I recently joined a morning sightseeing bus tour in Dubai, starting promptly at 9:00 AM, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. One of the highlights was the comfort on board: the air conditioning made the ride enjoyable even in the warm weather, and the large windows were spotless, providing a clear view of the city’s landmarks. I also appreciated that fresh water was always available, which was very welcome during the trip. The staff and crew were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful, adding to the positive atmosphere. That said, there are some areas for improvement. The quality of the audio in the provided audioguides could definitely be better, both in terms of clarity and volume. Additionally, at times the commentary didn’t perfectly match the location we were passing, which caused a bit of confusion. Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend this tour for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-organized way to see Dubai’s main attractions.

1) Several delays on bus stops to ne picked up; 2) No WiFi in the bus, we international visitors relay (most of the time) on public wifi (and on services like yours, a mall, a hotel) nowadays this is an expected feature. 3) most of the seatbelts did not work (belt stucked) 4) several earplug jacks are not working or defective (bad comtact) -- regular maintenance would be good. This is bad specially when the bus us fully liaded and there us no room to go to another seat with properly working audio. 5) On the landmarks of the city, we would expect the driver would slow down to allow for opportunities for customer to take a good picture (if not going out the bus at that particular stop/landmark) -- specially when your tour guide (recording) mentions the landmark. Hooe this helps 👍

The Dubai Frame was a pretty cool experience. My husband and I went on a Wednesday afternoon around 2 pm and the line wasn't long at all. The experience does go by pretty fast but you'll be able to capture some great photo opportunities. It's very inexpensive so adding it to your list of sights to see is a must.

The Dubai Frame's view of old Dubai and new Dubai was breathtaking. The staff there are very accommodating, especially Saleem — who took such stunning photos and videos of me. He even thought me how to pose for pics and move for videos and I loved the outcome. 🤭 We also had a short but informative conversation regarding the Dubai Frame.
I also enjoyed a lot with Desert Safari. Our Tour guide — Najam picked us on time. He was very patient with us and was very approachable. He always made sure we are comfortable and are having a good time. A five star experience!

The Dubai Frame was a pretty cool experience. My husband and I went on a Wednesday afternoon around 2 pm and the line wasn't long at all. The experience does go by pretty fast but you'll be able to capture some great photo opportunities. It's very inexpensive so adding it to your list of sights to see is a must.

I recently joined a morning sightseeing bus tour in Dubai, starting promptly at 9:00 AM, and overall it was a very pleasant experience.
One of the highlights was the comfort on board: the air conditioning made the ride enjoyable even in the warm weather, and the large windows were spotless, providing a clear view of the city’s landmarks. I also appreciated that fresh water was always available, which was very welcome during the trip. The staff and crew were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful, adding to the positive atmosphere.
That said, there are some areas for improvement. The quality of the audio in the provided audioguides could definitely be better, both in terms of clarity and volume. Additionally, at times the commentary didn’t perfectly match the location we were passing, which caused a bit of confusion.
Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend this tour for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-organized way to see Dubai’s main attractions.
