Ticketing was done online. We just showed our paper ticket and hopped right on the bus. We loved seeing and hearing (don't forget to take earphones that are free) places on the bus. Very easy to get off and get back on.
Great way to see the city - easy hop on-hop off experience so we could spend longer at places we wanted to explore - like lunch in Little Italy! Highly recommend - especially for someone new to the city - great way to get an overall tour.
The bus was a great way to get to each attraction, I thought there would be more narrative of what we were seeing in route and the attractions of each stop. The lower level seating is not great at all, windows were tinted and unable to see anything. the audio was not good quality and spoke of where stop would be but not much more, then went to music. I had experienced a bus tour from another company in NYC and this was not nearly as nice of a tour.
The A1 staff! What I didn't like was the frequent braking and the guided tour with headphones, which often cut out ... and you had to put the Channel 3 back on and turn up the sound every time it cut out ...

We wanted to travel the whole journey on our first morning to enable us to get familiar with the layout of NY. It was perfect for that.
The audio part was great. Very upbeat and informative. We always got a seat up top - it wasn't overcrowded. The ticketing process was easy. The stops were selected to give us access to many interesting locations near the stops. The men working at and on the buses were very polite and helpful. We would definitely do it again.
I thought the audio was informative but it was out of sync on our first ride and we missed our exit for the statue of liberty. Also it was raining and I saw that other hoping hopoff providers provided rain ponchos. I did not realize that there were two other providers, top view and gray line. This caused quite a bit of confusion. Using the receipt as proof of ticket was not optimal as, with the rain, it became a wet mess and the driver did not want to accept my mobile receipt after our first ride, they wanted to see the paper receipt which had became unusable. There appeared to be no way to replace it.
The crew on our bus were very willing to help us find a lost item (a tiny diamond necklace) long after we had left the bus (it came back around twice) and they very graciously looked all over for it, and it was even eventually found! Thanks to the crew for going above and beyond.
Loved the convenience and the information given while riding.
I had ride 1st time in my life and great experience about this type of bus
There was a very nice woman driver who didn't tell the story and gave us tips. She was very funny

Yo much traffic The day was very hot The drivers were good
The staff and the audio were awesome. All the buses that we were on had NO A/C in the lower floor of the bus.
Audio guide was great. Ability to hop off & on was convenient.
Great route; easy to find the stops when you hop off and hop back on!

On the bus, on the uptown side, they don't say anything in the audio, only music. On the downtown bus, however, there is a complete explanation.

14 intestins stops of Manhattan, I love it!
It was very informative. Guides were very helpful, but I was disappointed in the number of stops.
Glad the bus had plastic rain covers. We got poured on.
The line was way too long and it took an exceedingly long time for the next bus to arrive
The tour was fine but having booked from Italy I had trouble converting the ticket

Unfortunately our experience was pretty bad: first day, it said 1 of the tickets has been submitted without even use them. The second day on the 1st stop at Time Square we were waiting for over 40 min and couldn't get on the bus' cause they have to leave " empty seats " for next stops. Manager on site was very rude. We left and almost were late for our next visit. When we finally got a bus it broke and no one told us so until 20 min later and waiting under the sun at almost 97 degrees. I do not recommend it to anybody.
It was terrible and I already send a message to the Agent
Poor communication from the support staff, long wait lines with half full buses, app did not work.
Bus audio didn't work on multiple buses.
Busses were way to rare for uptown NYC and there was no audio for Uptown. That is not a tour. I can have a can drive me around the park way cheaper and faster if I'm not getting audio. We waited 90m for our morning Uptown bus. Direction on site way too confusing - which stops actually pickup at which times. App was terrible. Downtown audio was fine and stops well planned.
It was awful- 48 hour ticket. Day 1 had to change bus on 3 different occasions, the drivers were not helpful and the buses were stifling with the heat as there was no AC. Day 2 no better, heat in the bus was so bad I thought I might pass out. Everybody was struggling with the heat in the bus. The buses need replacing and they should have aircon
Nice experience seen a lot of New York. Buses run very frequently and if you sit on top of the bus you have a nice view. We were in the winter so a warm coat is necessary
The level of Spanish dubbing was outstanding. The windows of the bus on the second floor were dirty which did not allow us to take good pictures. We did not receive a location map upon arrival, we had to ask for it. It would be good to put some heating on the second floor. Lack of assistance at stops, although the driver was very friendly, sometimes we did not understand where the stops were and we missed visiting places. But the worst thing is that the excursion was finished earlier, and when we asked a top view official to take the bus, he simply said that he had been informed that they finished earlier, it was 16:30 which annoyed us a lot, it is absolutely claimable,

No PRM ramps on the buses We could only make one trip at $50 a seat for 6 people Pathetic for disabled people!!!

The tour didn't follow the original route, missing major landmarks for my visiting mother. Above deck had zero coverage and was wet and rainy and not enough seats below deck. No audio whatsoever. Skipped stops. Tickets needed to be on an app but never said that when I purchased so we missed 3 busses getting redirected from driver to driver refusing until someone finally explained. Would NOT recommend

It was amazing. I was able to see all the attractions I wanted and had a seamless experience with getting checked in.
Uncomplicated, understandable and flexible (you can rebook at short notice, cancel...) really a relaxed city trip. Really five stars!

We had a great time. Eat before you go in. Cafe is pricy. Plan on being there at opening to have ample time and avoid a crowd for an hour or two. Sooooo much to see so plan a second visit and wear comfy shoes.
It was a beautiful place and all the staff were very pleasant and helped us when lost or in need of directions. Its a very informative place and would definitely recommend.
It was fast and hassle-free. Avoided long lines. Highly recommended.

You are still advertising the MET for Go City when they stopped excepting it over years ago. I had to pay $81 which I need paid back to myself.
The experience wasn't good. The tickets couldn't be pulled up and they couldn't scan them and it was very frustrating. Eventually we got it figured out but it took a ton of time.
I cannot do the reservations for any of the attractions
wonderful view of the city with all its lights from a unique point of view compared to other skyscrapers avoided the queue thanks to the tickets purchased in advance
The system is simple and generates clear indications to the user. All the activities were impeccable. Good group guides, knowledgeable and empathetic.

Ivan (Driver) and Shelley (Tour Guide) were awesome! Ivan did his best to slow down where he could so we could get as many pictures as we could. Shelley was so fun and incredibly thorough with information about the City and Borroughs. This was a highlight of our trip and I highly suggest taking this tour! It would be a great tour to do at the beginning of your trip, too!!
We had a very nice tour of the city on the bus, the tourist attractions were very well indicated and our guide Dwayne was really nice and entertaining.

Very beautiful and extraordinary experience. Of all the attractions in New York thix was my favorite. The only thing i did noticed was that staff was not to pleasant. Im from Texas and we don't treat people differently.
Easy to book. A lot of people, but that's to be expected...the checks are quick and the shuttle service is well organised to connect the 2 islands. The 2 museums (Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island) are very well done. I particularly recommend the audio guide for the visit to Ellis Island. It's a must-see that we don't regret.
The view is spectacular and the structure looked and felt very secure. It was not overcrowded and the staff was very nice and helpful. We took lots of pictures and videos and highly recommend visiting the Edge!!
It was an amazing view from the edge and the glass floor. From entry to exit I had a great time. Would definitely recommend to others.
I am speechless. That was awesome. From buying the tickets, welcoming, experience... that was a lifetime memories to keep. Thank you for the good job and keep it up.
Everything from the elevator ride to the room with the Silver inflatable balls... (which kids really enjoyed)... great day! Will definitely recommend to friends when we get home, should they visit NY!

This visit was like Waw experience for me and my siblings. I have never felt like that in my life and you can never find the food and drinks anywhere else I promise you. The customer service was thrilling. Overall we felt like kings 👑 my brothers are still overwhelmingly grateful for the memory we had out there yesterday.
The views of NYC: The Chrysler building, MetLife, Pepsi Cola, WTC... incredible! Also the metallic balloons room is amazing, we felt like kids again. The top roof bar drinks, Almond croissant and ambiance are tops.
We were behind a bit in time of our booking and panicked arriving! But the staff on entrance were so obliging to help my family get to gain the amazing experiencebof the edge! Would highly recommend it for all to do..
The place is amazing in every way – the view, the lookout point, the feeling, and the glass floor all come together to make the experience especially powerful.
The amazing view of the city and beautiful skyline. Thank you had an awesome time with my family.
Precious and beautiful, a unique experience.
