It was easy to find the joining point and the buses ran on time. The commentary was informative and funny. The scenery gorgeous. A great introduction to Cape Town 😊
I loved how quickly we were able to board the bus, the interesting history, music and humour we listened to on the bus. The ride was smooth, staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely doing it again when I visit CT.
We had a wonderful time on the City Sightseeing Cape Town Hop-On Hop-Off bus tour. It was a very educational and informative journey, offering deep insights into the city’s history and landmarks. The experience was both humbling and gratifying, allowing us to appreciate the culture and stories behind each stop. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore and learn in a relaxed and engaging way.
It was great that we could get on and off and spend as much time as we wanted at each of the stops. It didn't however explain when purchasing the tickets that what we had bought allowed us to go on all 3 of the routes on that day which was then a surprise for us. As a result of this we were unsure of how the whole thing works, being better at paper copies of things rather than technology it was not that clear for us and the start of the trip was rather confusing, however the driver that did stop at the stop we started from explained it all and we then had a good day out.
Got tickets on line, super easy. The staff at the kiosk were very helpful, showed us which bus to board, gave us a rundown on how it all works. Well worth the trip. We hopped on and off a few times and had no problems at all.
Very friendly and helpful staff! Perfect organization, great tours!
Buses were on time. Staff were friendly and polite. We got to see everything we wanted.
Access to Table Mountain Cable Car and drive through Camps Bay and along the coast.
There is not correct information that cancellation of tickets is free. I could not cancel my tickets that I bought unfortunately. This site headout take more expensive than price in official site and even this site did not have another options (like boat and other choices). So I recommend to use official site for buying tickets and don't use headout!
All very straightforward and easy to navigate the route. Drivers all very helpful putting down the ramp for my wheelchair on each bus. A great day out
Excellent loop on Red route including the gorgeous beaches on west coast. Was difficult to get on in my wheelchair and couldn't print ticket but lady in booth was very helpful.
It's was great y very useful . I recommend to all tourist
