We had a wonderful time on the City Sightseeing Cape Town Hop-On Hop-Off bus tour. It was a very educational and informative journey, offering deep insights into the city’s history and landmarks. The experience was both humbling and gratifying, allowing us to appreciate the culture and stories behind each stop. It was great that we could get on and off and spend as much time as we wanted at each of the stops. It didn't however explain when purchasing the tickets that what we had bought allowed us to go on all 3 of the routes on that day which was then a surprise for us. As a result of this we were unsure of how the whole thing works, being better at paper copies of things rather than technology it was not that clear for us and the start of the trip was rather confusing, however the driver that did stop at the stop we started from explained it all and we then had a good day out.

Got tickets on line, super easy. The staff at the kiosk were very helpful, showed us which bus to board, gave us a rundown on how it all works. Well worth the trip. We hopped on and off a few times and had no problems at all.

There is not correct information that cancellation of tickets is free. I could not cancel my tickets that I bought unfortunately. This site headout take more expensive than price in official site and even this site did not have another options (like boat and other choices). So I recommend to use official site for buying tickets and don't use headout!

I bought the tour wanting to do the blue tour. Once I got on the bus. I was told that only the red tour was operating that day. I'd need everything on the red route so it was basically a waste of money as it's a very basic round tour. Waste of a day
