Ticketing was easy online. The quality of information provided by the tour guides varied. We had three over the course of a 48 hour pass.
Stop was across the road from our hotel and buses frequent enough to allow short and longer stops. Route gave plenty of variety of attractions to see.
The staffs were very very professional and polite throughout the tour and the guides provided a lot of amusement with jokes that made the people laugh and the whole trip a wonderful experience
It was very informative and all the places we're evenly covered. Special thanks to the guide he was very clear and informative. Will surely recommend others
It was really easy to find the spot where we have to jump into the bus and get down wherever we want to. For my mom was a great option to know places without having to walk from one place to another one.
The guide was very good. His knowledge of the city and style of interaction with tourists was very commendable, despite his young age of 18 years old.
The person at the stop that made our ticket was wonderful. The ride was good but we could not hear the guide and missed out on that important part of the tour. My audio plug in was okay but it did not work for my husband. Because of his hearing aides. It would have been nice to have been told in advance about this so we could have decided to rake the tour or not. This was the 4th city we did your company and the first time we were so very disappointed.
The personal commentary. Our guy Emmanuel was excellent. It's far better than the audio version. We've done many Hop on city bus tours and this was by far the best.
Easy to book with Head out. Great tour. Guide Michel and driver Gerry were fantastic. Knowledgeable and helpful with all the extra questions! Would recommend this is the first thing you do in Toronto
Our tour guide was amazing!! Loved this experince
Young man doing the guide was very informative
Wonderful team , very friendly , ready to answer any question with a lovely smile . Thank you
1st what was wrong. You could not hear the guide on the lower level. Supposedly closed bus leaked water onto seats/people. The every 1/2 hour timetable never occurred for us. Waited 55 minutes once and no bus. 2 of the guides that we were able to hear , did great jobs and were on par with what we have experienced in other cities.
Ticketing was easy, but I couldn't access my tickets on the app you had me download. Fortunately, accessing them from the confirmation email was simple. Customer relations gentleman could not have been more enthusiastic and helpful. Guides and driver were outstanding! Maneuvering that huge vehicle around tight turns was amazing to me. So well done! Guide has great info, knowledge, and energy.
Friendly & efficient. On time.
it would be nice to hear the narration even when the guide goes to the top of the bus. I wear hearing aids,, and would rather not have to take them out to put in headphones. If the speakes were loud enough evrywhere that would help. The tour guides are great people.
We were well taken care of by the staff. We were disappointed that the e us didn't stop closer to Casa Loma. Also the app said that the bus started at 10 am . We had hoped to get a bit earlier start , but then arranged our day accordingly . As we were walking up to Dundas Square - we saw the bus pull away - it was about 9:50 - definitely before 10 - we waited for the next bus. For future, you might want to ensure that the app had correct information.
