The ride through San Sebastián was great only it was a disaster to find the pick-up points. The App offered no support. Finally called and then I was given a Map of boarding places which was very unclear. Finally after walking around for more than an hour we found a boarding place. In the bus I could only hear the Basque text and not the English for example.

It ws very informative. The one thing that i would like to mention is that it was very hard to find where to catch the bus. Maybe you need to put it on the ticket.

The tour ticket stated it started at 10.30am, so we waited at stop 6, which was 19 minutes after, according to the timetable. We nearly gave up, but it arrived at 11.30. When we came to get off, the bus didn't stop at each stop, so ended up having to walk further than expected. Some had a map given to them, we didn't. Overall, a sub standard experience.

The driver was very nice but the experience was not good, the explanations of the guide did not correspond to what you see. Also it was raining and the water was pouring in so we got soaked and had to change places, that's not normal .... We waited at the CONCHA stop but there is NOTHING to indicate that the BUS stops there, no timetables, nothing. We waited 50 minutes and we were going to go... we even asked other bus drivers and they were not even aware that they stopped there (there were three bus stops...). In the rain you couldn't see anything. It was about 12 euros wasted and I do not recommend that tour.
