Really enjoyed all 4 routes of the tour. The staff were really helpful and friednly. Found their app really helpful to show you when the buses were due at your nearest stop. I would recommend the 48hr or 72hr ticket to give you plenty of time to explore the city.

The app didn't send us to the right place for the bus departure at castello! The welcome was very warm and everything was easy to understand. The bus is never cleaned during the day, so at the end of the afternoon it's a dustbin. In one day, you can do all 3 lines, otherwise it's one line a day with a few stops.

The circuits are great. Italian-style driving is amazing. Cirduit C: Vert via the stadium is scheduled to take 1h15, but was completed in 55mn on Thursday 17th at 5.45pm (the last of the day). As a result, we weren't able to take any real photos, which is a real shame. I'm used to taking exclusively with you, and this time I was a little disappointed with the service.

I managed to take 3 out of 4 of the tours. The audio guide so rarely seemed to match where we were on the tour, either very early or late, to the point that more than half the time I thought maybe it was playing the wrong one. And, the music that kept playing was incredibly annoying because it was so repetitive. The music itself is great, but why or why must it be only the same little snippets on repeat when there are so many great choices.

I had bought the ticket for 48 hours, so the price-performance ratio is quite good. The staff were friendly, I didn't have long waiting times and the buses were clean. The audio in German was quite good. Suggestions for improvement: 1. some drivers want to race rather than do city tours. A relaxed ride where the guests can also hear the entire audio sequence for each stop would be more pleasant. 2. the audio track is sometimes very delayed and reports on sights to be seen to the right and left and details that you could pay particular attention to, but unfortunately you are already 100m past. 3. the overlapping of the audio on the 4 different tours was very high, sometimes not quite fitting, this could certainly be optimized. I liked it and would do it again

The staff who greet you before you board the bus are extremely helpful and pleasant. So is the hostess on the bus. On the other hand, the drivers are dangerous and drive too fast... The only PROBLEM TO CORRECT is that the QR code for the timetables doesn't work, so when we get off for a visit we don't know what time the next bus is due to arrive. It would be great if there were a sign at EVERY STOP indicating the timetables, as well as seating facilities for the disabled!

There is no trustable time that a next bus you will pick up after visiting a certain area and waiting to be picked up. This is biggest disadvantage and disappointing

Nothing, as we were first on the wrong bus (i.e. from a different provider) and were let onto the bus by the driver. When we got off and wanted to get back on the bus, we were not allowed on because we were on the wrong bus. But we were already on this bus 2 minutes before. The bus from the provider we had booked only left 50 minutes later, so it was far too long a wait for us as we didn't have that much time and had to get to the airport. When picking up the directions in the email. Can give you info regarding the ticket purchase, but we could not find out the meeting point. All in all very disappointing! The HP the Hop On-Hop Off experience from Headout . I would never choose this provider again.
