The tour covered all the major sites and provided good information. It was entertaining and informative. We were provided with a helpful map which made navigating around town easier when we were on foot. I would recommend this tour to others.
It was great, easy and on time. Driver and staff very friendly.
The best thing in Liverpool to start with
We enjoyed the experience of flexibility in hopping on and off when we were interested in a sight, and the commentary.
Good information and a nice way to see the town.
All went well. I had no wow factor
The lady at the point of origin to get on the bus was kind, but we waited over 30 minutes. The microphone/speaker on the bus did not work well making it difficult to hear. Lots of turns in a big city. I was required to select an option above, but it's not the real reason for my mediocre review, those are stated above. If you are not a Beatles junkie, Liverpool is a big city.
Ticketing was very good, quick and efficient. Actual bus tour was informative and appropriate. Ryan and Julie were both friendly and forthcoming - thoroughly enjoyable day
We waited at the bus stop for 55 minutes before a bus turned up and then 2 arrived, we asked the bus driver how often the buses ran, he said every 15 minutes, we told him we had waited for 55 minutes and he told us that no way had we waited that long, we told him we had definitely waited that long, he was rude and didn't believe us, the trip once on the bus was fab,
The ticketing was very easy and well organized. Most we Loved our Tour Guide Kim, who gave us fascinating Insights and tips.
Very easy to book. Well organised tour with plenty of convenient stops on the way. Very good value for money and would definitely recommend.
The guide Kim who told us a lot about the history of Liverpool and pointed out best places to visit ie the Dock area and Hope Street.
Seeing the sights very good and friendly driver interesting information.
Guide was very informative on the city
History of area informative so that interest sparked in getting off to look around each specified area
