Grounđ team and drivers excellent!
Overall nice--May be there was problem of frequency thjat day due to drizzles
We didn't like that there wasn't enough information about the city. Inhabitants, size, government, etc. Also, some of the systems for the headphones were defective.

We had to wait almost an hour in the pouring rain and wind for the bus in front of the opera! From 16h05 to 17hoo. I had to take a cab to the hotel. 23€!!!! as I nearly passed out from the cold and shivering! We then saw two of your buses from the cab, one after the other. There was no more talk of a waiting time of 30 minutes. I think that a commercial gesture from you would be the least you could do. Please report back.

Nothing traffic was terrible and you had to walk a long distance from any of the stops to the advertised places to view

We paid for a 48 hour ticket for Oslo only to discover there was no bus service on the second day. We had not used our tickets and contacted the help desk only to receive an automated response saying a refund was not possible but we could use out ticket another day. This was not possible as we were only in Oslo for two days. We followed up with an email but got no response.
So easy! Did this with my bestie and we both loved seeing Oslo from up top. Buses ran on time and staff was suuuper helpful.
Did this with my partner and we both loved it. The staff was super helpful and the commentary was fun. Top deck is a must if the weather’s nice.
Had a blast on the hop-on bus! Did the whole loop and then went back to our fave stops. Staff was super friendly. Oslo is GORGEOUS from the top deck!
Sooo glad we did this. Saw everything, didn’t get lost, and the top deck was perfect for sunny weather. Audio was interesting—learned stuff I didn’t expect.
Great way to see the city! Did it with my mom and we both loved the open deck. Staff was friendly and gave us tips for local eats.
This was EPIC! Did it with my partner and we just chilled up top, learned a ton about Oslo, and took way too many pics. Staff super nice too.
Wasn’t sure what to expect but this was GREAT. Got to see everything in half a day. Staff was super friendly and gave us restaurant tips. Weather was perfect, so the open top was a win.
Perfect way to see Oslo with kids. Buses came often and we always found seats. The commentary was fun and even had a quiz at the end.
Such a chill way to see the city! Weather was sunny and the top deck was perfect for photos. The commentary was actually interesting—learned about trolls AND skiing. Would do again!
Did this on a sunny June day with friends. Open top was PERFECT for photos. Audio guide had some funny facts. Would recommend!
Did the hop on hop off bus with my sister and we LOVED IT. The top deck view is epic, especially when you cruise past the water—seriously, don't forget a jacket, it gets windy up there! We hopped off at the Viking Ship Museum (def worth it) and then at the Opera House. Audio commentary was fun, not too dry. Only thing—bus got pretty packed around lunch hour, so we had to stand for a bit, but didn't mind honestly. Oh, and our driver was suuuper friendly, even joked with us about the weather. Oslo's def easier to see this way!
Took the tour with my partner and it was excellent. Audio guide had fun stories, and we loved the Munch Museum stop. Buses were on time and staff was super helpful.
