We enjoyed touring around, first with the gray line - red line (note: the same red hop-on hop-off bus also runs with yellow letters, and you should NOT take that one, even though they stop at exactly the same stops). The explanations were excellent, also in Dutch. We will NEVER forget 1755... very sorry for all the Lisboas at the time.
Later, we took the blue line (nice and long) and walked back up to the center, panting, rewarded with some wine, beer, and tasty fish snacks while listening to the cozy, melodious Fado of Ana Moura. And then, together with my beloved, we ordered a nice aged Tawny port 20 to warmly conclude this balmy spring evening.
