What to bring

• Wear comfortable clothing and footwear since you will be on your feet for most of the day.
• Bring a small waist bag for carrying essentials, as backpacks are not allowed on many rides.
• Apply sunscreen and stay hydrated, especially during summer visits, to avoid sunburn and exhaustion.
• If you plan to visit the Water Park, pack a swimsuit, a towel, flip-flops, and waterproof ziplock bags for a comfortable experience.
• Consider bringing a small amount of Polish Złoty (PLN) for purchases at kiosks or vending machines that may not accept cards.
• Carry a power bank to keep your devices charged, as you'll likely use them for photos, navigation, and digital tickets.

What’s not allowed

• Using personal items such as phones, cameras, or other devices on rides is prohibited unless permitted by specific ride regulations.
• You are required to store your belongings in designated lockers before boarding rides; any items left unattended may be removed for safety reasons.
• Flying drones, balloons, hang gliders, paragliders, or other unmanned aerial vehicles over the park is forbidden.
• Animals are not permitted inside the park, except for service dogs assisting individuals with disabilities.
• Using bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, scooters, or similar devices is prohibited within the park premises.

Accessibility

• Energylandia is fully accessible for wheelchair users, with wide pathways, ramps, and designated parking spaces near the entrance.
• While not all attractions are accessible to guests with mobility impairments, the park offers a variety of shows, gentle rides like the Mayan, Mamma Mia, and Bumper Cars.
• Head to the Disability Service Desk at the main entrance for help if you need guidance on which rides are accessible for you.
• Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are available throughout the park, including inside restaurants and other facilities.
• The park offers discounted admission for guests with disabilities if they can present a valid disability card or medical proof.

• Arrive by 9:30am to maximize your time in the park. Head straight to Zadra and enjoy a few rides before the crowds build up.
• If open, use the ‘Magic Gate’ to enter the Dragon Zone, saving both time and steps while allowing you to enjoy multiple laps on rides.
• Download the Energylandia app for real-time wait times, helping you plan your route efficiently.
• Check the height and age requirements before getting in line, as each attraction has its own safety limits, clearly posted at the entrance. You’ll need to be between 140 cm and 195 cm tall to ride the Hyperion. There is no official upper weight limit for rides; however, if you have a larger build, especially with a hip measurement over 115 cm, you may find it challenging to fit on some rides, like Zadra.
• Some rides or zones, especially water rides like Aqualantis or attractions like Abyssus, may be temporarily closed during seasonal events (Winter Kingdom) for maintenance or safety reasons.
• Restaurants tend to get crowded between noon to 2pm. To avoid the rush, plan to eat a bit earlier or later than usual.
• Grab a park map upon arrival to familiarize yourself with the layout and locate your favorite attractions.
• Use the locker system to store your belongings, as many rides require you to do so, and it costs around 14 PLN per day.
• Explore various eateries within the park, such as Taverna Zator for seafood and Pierogarnia for traditional Polish dumplings.
