Paris Pass® and Paris Pass® Plus
- Download the Go City app to make the most of your pass. Just follow the simple instructions in your confirmation email to sync your pass.
- Most attractions don't require pre-booking, but a few do. The Go City app will clearly show you which ones need reservations ("reservations required" label). Just tap the attraction to find out how to book.
Validity:
- Activated: Your pass activates when you visit your first attraction and is valid for the full number of calendar days (not 24-hour periods) you purchased.
- Your access for each day ends at midnight, regardless of when you started using your pass that day.
- Non-activated: Your pass is valid for one year from the purchase date.
Paris Museum Pass
- Your Paris Pass® Plus and Paris Museum Pass must be used together, for consecutive days (not 24-hour periods).
- To download your Paris Museum Pass, log into Go City's reservation portal with your name, email, and pass number (found in your confirmation email). The pass will be available as a PDF on your phone for easy access.
Validity:
- Activated: Your pass activates on either: the date you selected for your Paris Museum Pass, OR the first time you use your Go City Paris Pass® Plus.
- When downloading your pass, you'll need to select a start date, which must be within your pass validity period, and once selected, this date cannot be changed.
- These tickets can’t be cancelled. However, they are valid for an extended period of time.
- These tickets are valid for an extended duration. The exact details will be present on the ticket.
