• Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction. Guests can purchase swim nappies/diapers from the gift shops in the venue.

• Facilities: Parking, first-aid room, souvenir shops, sitting area, prayer room, and dining options.
• Opening and closing timings should be observed strictly.
• Any instruction from the security personnel should be followed immediately without argument.
• The management has the right to expel any visitor from the park if found posing a great threat to the flowers, or park assets, or involved in misconduct.

• The park's app gives you a good idea of the live waiting time for top rides. What's even more amazing is that the app will pinpoint your location using GPS and direct you to the rides with shorter queues!
• Outside food is not permitted inside. On the bright side, there are 28 food & beverage outlets inside. Feel free to roam about and buy yourself snacks, lunch, drinks, etc.
• Some of the can't-miss rides here are Spider-Man Doc Ock’s Revenge, Hulk Epsilon Base 3D, The Velociraptor & The Powerpuff Girls Mojo Jojo’s Robot Rampage.
• Children below 105 cm get to enter for free. Children must be accompanied by adults at all times. For certain attractions such as the Haunted Hotel, children below 15 years of age will not be permitted.
