By Metro: Although IMG Dubai is not directly connected via the metro, you can get down at the UAE Exchange Metro Station or Mall of the Emirates and hail a taxi.
By Bus: If you wish to go to IMG Worlds by bus, you can take bus no. 27, C7 and C9.
By Car: The best way to reach IMG Worlds is by car. It takes around 30 minutes to reach the park from both Dubai Marina and Dubai Mall. There is a parking space as well.
Big Bus Tours: IMG Worlds isn't directly accessible via Big Bus routes. The nearest stop is "Mall of the Emirates" on the Blue Route, from where visitors need to arrange alternative transportation.
City Sightseeing: This attraction isn't covered by City Sightseeing routes. The closest stop is "Mall of the Emirates" on the Blue Route, requiring additional transport arrangements.
- Storage lockers are available at the park entrance as well as on certain rides in three different sizes: small: AED45 per day, large: AED55 per day, jumbo: AED60 per day.
- There are multiple ATM counters available, conveniently located at the main entrance, lobby and IMG Boulevard.
- If you require First Aid items, you can make your way to the Guest Relations counter located at the Lost Valley - Dinosaur Adventure zone.
- Visitors can make use of the wheelchair facilities. However, they are available on a first come first serve basis and will need to show a valid ID proof at the time of hiring.
- Strollers are available for rent in single and double sizes. Single is AED 42 and Double is AED 63.
- Each adventure zone as well as the lobby has its own toilet block with baby changing facilities and disabled cubicles.
- Free parking is available at the park. Valet parking is also available at an additional cost.
- Children aged 12 or under have to be accompanied by an individual aged 16 or older.
