What’s not allowed

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
• Large bags, strollers, shopping bags, and suitcases must be stored in the designated baggage room.
• Prohibited items include sharp objects, glass containers, fireworks, pepper spray, firearms, multi-tools, and spray paint.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.
• Pets and service animals are not permitted.

Accessibility

• All observation decks and lounges are wheelchair accessible.
• Accessible elevators and restrooms are available.
• Strollers are not allowed on the decks and must be checked at the entrance.

Additional information

• Children between 3 and 16 years (or under 12, depending on the source) must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Guests should arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled entry time.
• Late arrivals may be denied entry without a refund.
• The average visit lasts approximately 90 minutes. Guests visiting Level 148 may stay there for up to 30 minutes before continuing to Levels 124 and 125.
• All visitors must enter through the Dubai Mall. Direct entry into the tower is not permitted unless you are a resident, hotel guest, or have a confirmed restaurant reservation.
• Free Wi‑Fi is available throughout the observation decks.
• Outdoor access may be restricted in poor weather conditions; refunds are not issued for such cases.

• Appropriate swimwear is mandatory for pool access. Acceptable swimwear includes one-piece/two-piece swimsuits, speedos, rash guards, board shorts, and burkinis.
• Guests below 15 years are not allowed at any time. After 7pm, guests below 21 are not allowed in the indoor lounge.
• Outside food or drinks are not permitted.
• Unacceptable swimwear includes abayas, sarees, cotton clothing, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing, and sheer/see-through items.
• Additional towels and AURA robes are available for rent at an extra charge; only one complimentary towel per person is provided.
• Guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or displaying inappropriate or disruptive behavior, will be refused entry without refund.
• Any unredeemed minimum spend is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• The Skypool deck is wheelchair accessible. Guests will need to climb a few stairs to enter and exit the pool. The dining experience is fully wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.
