I was able to quickly check my ticket at a nearby location. The staff at the entrance were very friendly. Since we had purchased our tickets online from Chile, everything went smoothly. It's so easy to see all the sights and to be able to hop off when you want to see more. We went up into a small village in the mountains had lunch and a wander round before getting the bus back to Florence it was magical the views were amazing!
