- Your Heineken Experience ticket has a fixed timeslot chosen during booking. You must enter the museum exactly at this specific time. Your voucher needs to be scanned at the Heineken Experience entrance first. Your canal cruise ticket is an open ticket, meaning no timeslot is pre-allocated. You must redeem your open ticket inside one of the Gray Line Amsterdam/Blue Boat Company ticket offices to be assigned a timeslot for the cruise. Once redeemed, you can board the next available boat at either of the two docks listed below:
