• Due to maintenance, the P1 Thermal pool 38 °C will be unavailable from March 23 to 31, 2026, and the P3 Leisure pool 34 °C will be unavailable from April 7 to 14, 2026.
• Due to scheduled maintenance, the swimming pool will be closed from April 20 to May 17, 2026.
• Renovation work will take place at the entrance stairs from Állatkerti Street between May 4 and July 12, 2026.
• The swimming pool side locker room area will be under renovation and converted into a coed locker room between July 29 and August 6, 2026.
• The staircase sunbathing area will undergo renovation from August 31 to October 11, 2026.
• The women’s thermal section will be closed for renovation from December 7, 2026, through November 2027.
• Carry your swimsuit, towel, flip-flops, and a swimming cap. It is mandatory to wear slippers throughout the spa area. Swimming caps are required in swimming pools but not in thermal baths.
• This experience is not suitable for wheelchair users.
• Last entry is permitted up to one hour before closing time.
• The pools and surrounding areas must be vacated 20 minutes before closing.
• If you select the fast-track entry ticket, make sure to enter the spa before 11am or after 3pm for guaranteed immediate entry.
• Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to use indoor thermal pools, as thermal water is not recommended for them.
• Your ticket allows one-time entry only and cannot be reused for re-entry.
• This experience is restricted to guests under the age of 14 years.

Budapest HOHO

• The hop-on hop-off ticket includes a Danube River cruise, valid until 5pm; a small fee of 2,000 HUF applies for later sailings.
• A minimum of 10 passengers is required for the river cruise to operate.
• Pets are not allowed on the Danube cruise due to cruise restrictions, but they are welcome on buses if kept in a closed basket, cage, or pet carrier.
• All buses are wheelchair accessible.

Szechenyi Spa

• Due to autumn maintenance, the outdoor thermal pool will be closed from September 22 to 28, 2025, and the outdoor adventure pool will be unavailable from September 29 to October 5, 2025.
• Starting August 1, 2025, entry to the bath will no longer be permitted for anyone under the age of 14.
• Remember to bring swimwear, flip-flops, a swimming cap, and your own towel.
• The last entry is permitted up to one hour before closing, and all pools and surrounding areas must be vacated 20 minutes before closing time.
