  • The average cruising time for a Thames sightseeing cruise from one pier to the other is 40 mins except for Westminster Pier to London Eye Pier, which is 10 mins.

Tower of London

  • The Crown Jewels are a working collection and as a consequence, the display is subject to change without prior notice due to security reasons.
  • You can arrive within 30 mins of your ticket time (e.g., between 10am–10:29am). We are unable to guarantee entry before or after your time slot.
  • Your ticket is valid for one entry only. No re-entry is permitted.
  • You can cancel these tickets up to 24 hours before the experience begins and get a full refund.
