• Tip: If you're nervous about close encounters, start with observing from a distance. Then, you may choose to participate in hands-on experiences at your own pace.
• Always follow the guidelines and instructions given by the staff and tigers’ trainer.
• Do not bring in a lot of items with you while interacting with the tigers.
• Choose the tiger size you are comfortable with. Don’t try to startle, tease animals or annoy them.
• Avoid flash photography as it may annoy the animals.
• Cheetah tickets are valid only for guests aged over 4 years and with a minimum height of 110 cm.
• Children under 2 years old may accompany a parent in the Smallest/New Born enclosure free of charge.
• Children under 15 years old and below 160 cm in height are permitted to enter the Smallest/New Born enclosure only.
• Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Guests are not permitted to arrive by private vehicle. Those who do so will be required to purchase a new full-price admission ticket at the venue, and the company will not be responsible for this additional cost, as it is a policy of Tiger Kingdom.
