What’s not allowed
- Large luggage or suitcases that may block the aisle are not allowed.
- Food is not allowed; non-alcoholic beverages are, only if in screw-cap bottles.
- Non-service pets (only ADA-defined service animals permitted) are not welcome onboard.
Accessibility
- The majority of buses are wheelchair accessible, with lifts rated up to 650 lbs.
- Upper-deck seating may not be accessible to all mobility-impaired guests.
- Strollers must be folded and stowed on the lower deck of the bus.
