About Show

The Wizard of Oz at the Sphere adapts the 1939 MGM classic into an immersive, sensory-rich event. AI-driven enhancements remaster over 90% of the film, expanding frames, adding background details, and restoring visual depth for the 16K screen. Google, Warner Bros. Discovery, Magnopus, and key creatives including Jane Rosenthal and Ben Grossmann, collaborated to preserve the film’s integrity while pushing experiential boundaries.

The soundtrack is re-recorded by an 80-piece orchestra, synchronized with Sphere Immersive Sound and haptic seats delivering wind, heat, fog, and scents. Book Wizard of Oz tickets at the Sphere to enjoy the iconic songs like “Over the Rainbow” in a whole new dimension.

The Story

Dorothy’s journey from Kansas to Oz becomes a dynamic voyage through the Yellow Brick Road, as 16K visuals swirl overhead and envelop you. Along the way, she meets the Scarecrow, Tin Man, and Cowardly Lion, each adding heart and humor. The iconic Emerald City shimmers in immersive sound and surround visuals. But as a storm approaches, you’ll feel the winds pick up. Book your tickets to be transported to Oz at the click of your heels.

We had a blast! I wish I could remember our host name because he was top tier! He was funny and kept the drinks flowing without a hiccup! Our group really enjoyed the ride we took talked about it all night. We mingled with the other that was in the car with us well. It was truly a great time! I have told my friends that are traveling to Vegas they need to ride the Linq Highroller as well!

Just the right number of people on each pod, we had 12! Easy to move around, loved that you could see the sphere so easy and it was so entertaining!! It was my husbands first experience and he was very nervous since he doesn't like heights. He LOVED it and even walked all around and got comfortable taking pictures!!

We stayed in Vegas for 3 nights. Among other shows and activities, high roller was one of them. I must say, we as a family of 4, enjoyed it a lot. Wonderful views from the high roller, amazing picture moments. We took the ride at sunset, which was an added bonus view of sunset and night lights. Staff and crew was helpful too. Would recommend the ride for sure!

It was awesome, the views were excellent. I would like to focus on the employee's. Our daughter uses a wheelchair and your staff all of them were awesome. Helpful considerate and kind. But it wasn't just our family they helped everyone. Kudos to them all. I do mean all of them. When you have good management it shows through to the employees. Thanks to all.

I want to go to Paris and see the Eiffel Tower there, but I'm sure I won't be able to get there. And I thought this would be fun. So I was right. I really loved my experience. The crowd wasn't so bad. And all the lights. Amazing
