Your voucher needs to be scanned at the Heineken Experience entrance first. Your canal cruise ticket is an open ticket, meaning no timeslot is pre-allocated. You must redeem your open ticket inside one of the Gray Line Amsterdam/Blue Boat Company ticket offices to be assigned a timeslot for the cruise. Everything was wonderful, from the scenery to the atmosphere on the boat itself. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant—perfect for exploring the city in a "different" way. I highly recommend this type of tour.
