Sagrada Familia | The Cathedral of Dreams

Born from the vision of one of the greatest visionaries of all time, Antoni Gaudi, the Sagrada Família stands as a testament to the intertwining of faith, art, and human aspiration. This basilica has been under construction since 1882, embodying a dream that transcends time. Each intricate detail of its organic forms and soaring towers reflects a deep reverence for the divine, inviting visitors into a space where spirituality and creativity converge.

As the sun casts its light through the stained glass, illuminating the interior with vibrant colors, one cannot help but feel the pulse of a living masterpiece—an unfinished symphony that continues to evolve, echoing Gaudí's belief that “the patron of this project is not in a hurry.” An architectural marvel, the Sagrada Família is a profound expression of devotion, a sanctuary of hope, and a symbol of the enduring human spirit. The tall towers and intricately designed facades that take inspiration from nature, are miracles to behold.

I really appreciated the kindness of the people who welcome us tourists to these popular spots. Despite my somewhat rudimentary "Spanish," everyone was more than happy to give me information. Accompanied by bright sunshine, I immersed myself in the magic of Gaudí. A delightful detail: in a picturesque corner of Parc Güell, a young musician was playing the guitar and singing. She had a beautiful voice and an original style. It was very relaxing. In conclusion, I hope everyone gets the chance to visit these places. And I recommend that everyone book their admission tickets in advance. They were sold out everywhere. Have a great trip!

The audio guides are interesting. I couldn't find the park entrance at the Park Güell stop. I didn't lose my paper ticket, but it could also be available on my phone. What if something unexpected happens? The hours could be extended into the evening. The audio description doesn't always match the location.
