Teamlab is a budget friendly activity ( especially when bought on the Headout app) that can keep you entertained for at least three hours - and even longer if all the rooms are available. It would be great to know beforehand which sections are unavailable. Some rooms might seem repetitive towards the end seeing that it involves a lot of the same techniques , e.g. motion sensor light interactions. Overall extremely enjoyable with the staff available to guide you every step of the way.

Once inside, the highlights were incredible. Walking through a space filled with thousands of colorful butterflies flying freely, watching them land on flowers, and even having a few come close to me was such a magical moment. It honestly felt peaceful and surreal being surrounded by nature like that.
One of the best moments was simply standing still and watching butterflies flutter all around — it’s such a beautiful experience and perfect for photos and videos.
Overall, Headout made the visit stress-free, convenient, and memorable, letting me focus on enjoying every moment inside the garden. 🦋✨

For quick tickets for same day use also very good option. Give yourself ample time of 2-3 hours before going to Qasr al Watan or Louvre Abu Dhabi.

Stunning building and exhibits, beautiful gardens too. Particularly like the great hall. The public toilets are clean and not too busy. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and all spoke good English.
